About Screen Printing

How It Works

Make a Screen – Imagine a window screen, but instead of keeping bugs out, it lets ink through in a specific design. We create this screen using a special process that blocks out the areas where we don’t want ink.

Push Ink Through – The screen is laid on the fabric, and a squeegee pushes ink through the open spaces in the screen, transferring the design onto the material.

Dry It – The ink is cured (heated) so it won’t wash out, crack, or fade.
